We all know that we change, with the passing of time, the accumulation of experience, the rise and fall of wishes and dreams, the coming and going of cherished relationships, the ups and downs of professional challenges.
In short, we live a life of permanent change, whether we are aware of it or not, whether we want it or not.
What we usually miss is to be fully present to our life and consciously contribute to its development into a meaningful and fulfilling event, short or long as it may be.
Sometimes people wake up somehow and discover that there is more to life than wealth, comfort, pleasure and fun, or loss, anger, sadness and blame.
It is then that the adventure of radical change begins.
Slowly, slowly, they discover that they are not who they thought they were, that curiosity, joy and contentment are natural, that trying to consciously accompany one’s own change and transformation is as thrilling as winning the lottery.
